Worm Fancy uses Paypal to process our orders. You do not need to open a Paypal account to pay by Paypal. Any major credit card can be used. Cards are securely processed through the Paypal website. It’s quick, simple and secure.
Live Delivery Guarantee
Worm Fancy will guarantee our worms will be delivered alive. In the case of worms not arriving alive, you will either be refunded your money or we will reship the worms to you. Worm shipments my be delayed if the weather conditions are extremely hot or cold.
For the Live Delivery Guarantee to be valid, the worms have to be signed for and accepted on the first delivery attempt. Please ensure that someone is at your address to receive the delivery. If no one is available to accept the worms, please notify us when you are ordering to write, “HOLD AT POST OFFICE FOR CUSTOMER PICKUP” on the outside of your box. We will then guarantee the worms for 24 hours at the Post Office, allowing you time to pick up your worms.
Failure to accept the worms on the first delivery, or failure to pick up the worms within 24 hours at the post office will void the Live Delivery Guarantee.
Shipping Methods
Worm Fancy usually ship via USPS 2-3 Day Priority Shipping. Worm orders
received and paid for by Friday will be shipped the following Tuesday.
Sorry but we do not ship to Hawaii or Canada.
Worms Received
Please understand that You are responsible for the care and condition of the worms once received. Worm care instruction will be included with each order and Worm Fancy is available for assistance with worm care information via email. We will make every effort satisfy our customers. Please let us know immediately upon receiving the product if there are any problems with your order.
Worm Fancy will consider that the worms have been delivered alive unless we are notified within 3 hours of the time that the carrier scans or enters them in as delivered.
Please do not dispose of the worms or the original package until you contact us. Do not refuse the delivery.
